Ingredients
Black garlic (21.5%), rapeseed oil, water, sugar, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt), raw quince juice, salt, garlic, spices, ginger, acidity regulator: citric acid, spirit vinegar, chilli pepper, xanthan gum.
The sweet and delicate umami of black garlic is combined with ginger and aromatic spices to create a rich and fragrantly flavourful marinade. Containing 21.5% black garlic, this blend adds a caramel-like sweetness, while the spices provide a warming and gently spicy note. Suitable for marinating meat, poultry, and seafood, and ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or oven roasting.

Storage temperature: +2 to +6 °C.
After opening, keep refrigerated. Once opened, the product will keep for 2 months at +2 to +6 °C.
Recommended dosage: 70–90 g per kg.
Marinating time: 48 hours at +2 to +6 °C.
Cooking guidelines:
Chicken – 170 °C for 20 minutes
Meat – 180 °C for 25 minutes (depending on the size of the cut).
