Black Garlic Twist is a unique marinade in which the caramel-like sweetness of fermented black garlic intertwines with the umami of soy sauce, the freshness of ginger, and the vibrant kick of chilli pepper. Tart quince and the mild sharpness of mustard add distinctive character, creating a perfect balance between sweet, savoury, and spicy. Suitable for marinating various meats (pork, beef, and poultry) and ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or oven roasting.

After opening, keep refrigerated. Once opened, the product will keep for 2 months at +2 to +6 °C.
Recommended dosage: 60 g per kg.
Marinating time: 48 hours at +2 to +6 °C.
Cooking guidelines:
Chicken – 170 °C for 20 minutes
Meat – 180 °C for 25 minutes (depending on the size of the cut)
